I have been handed the key control tracker. ~~oh joy~~ I'd like to drag
this thing into the 90's onto a spreadsheet and get it off paper. It would
essentially be a list of each key by serial number, what lock it goes to,
and who has a copy of that key. Then I need to set this up so that I can
see at a glance:
This actually sounds like a job for Access and a few reports - but I have
Excel. I think maybe two pivot tables?? One for the quantities by key and
one for the quantities by person? Is there a better way (because I'm not
good with pivot tables)?
