How to set up a repeating outgoing message in Outlook?

I would like to set up a recurring message as a due date reminder in Outlook
on a certain date each month to be sent to a group distribution list.

Hi,
I don't think you can send a recurring message but what you can do is send a
Task Request to a specified distribution list and make it recurring.
Unfortunately, you can't pick a specific date but you can pick monthly and
then specify what day of the week each month you want. I haven't tried it
myself but I'm pretty sure on that day every month, a dialog box will
automatically open for everyone in the distribution list. Hope that helps!
