How to set up an errands list?

Does anyone have a list for remembering all the things a person may have to
do while running errands? i.g. drugstore, hardware, oil change, pickup dry
cleaning, kids hockey practice, Mom's anniversary. Any type of list I can
start with or a template you could recommend as a start?
Perhaps in Word.
