Hello,
I am breaking my brain muscles to figure it out how to set up BCM to conduct
a fax campaign. Hoping to do this without spending more time to learn and
manage BCM as my fax campaign. What I am really aiming for is to create a
reliable contact history file. This history starting with a fax sent out to
business contact, automatically record fax replied and follow up phone
conversations, maybe emails, letters as other form of communications. (The
keyword is “automaticallyâ€.) Simply, I would like to link and bring it up to
the screen all my communications I had with my business contact. Somehow, I
am lost to understand the concept of MS BCM for Outlook 2003. So fare BCM
appearing me as an overcomplicated email distribution tool.
