How to set up frames and text box size from px to cm?

I want to set up frames, trext box, pictures using height or width
measurement in centimetres or milimetres and NOT in pixels (px)!

What setting do you have for your unit of measurement? Mine is inches, and
that's the only measurement I see for text boxes or frames. You can also
type in a measurement in any unit you want provided you add "cm" or "in" or
just ". On the General tab of Tools | Options, make sure you have the
correct unit of measurement selected and don't have "Show pixels for HTML
features" checked.
