how to set up Outlook for one person using an admin and a user ac.

Using Outlook 2000. I want to have Outlook working in my Admin account and in
my limited user account. OUtlook ran normally until I set up this limited
user account. Since I did this yesterday I now need my Office installation
disk to run Outlook in the Admin account, and it will not run in the limited
user account, it seems to want to open an older version of Outlook and cannot
find the source in the limited user account.
Any ideas of what is going on here?
