How To?: Set up signature for entire company via script/login/GPO?

Go to mail format and then signatures at the bottom. You
can set a signature for each one and then set the one you
want to use etc.

We're trying to do this without having to go to every single desktop. That's
why I was asking about scripts, login scripts, GPO's, etc. I guess I should
have been more specific.

Anyone done this? Have any suggestions?
