How to setup a location during I am scheduling a meeting

Wilson Cheung

I am trying to scheduling a meeting and there is a "Location" field. I would
like to know if I just type a location in that field, or I can pre-set some
location where I or our users can choose the location?

Can you also setup some places in the server, so our users can define this
is a resources and can be chosen in the "Location" field?

Thanks!

If you have MS Exchange server software, you would be best to go to the
Exchange newsgroup or search for info on how to configure Resources.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Yes, you can type anything there. No, you cannot preset locations. Outlook will build a list as you use them.

See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm for information on Exchagne resources.
