How to setup a look up table where the lookup_value comes from tw.

I am trying to get a look up table to work for a spread sheet but the
lookup_value needs to come from two columns. vlookup will only use the left
most column.

You would be more likely to get responses if you were to post a sample
illustration, say the values in A1:D4, and indicate what you are trying
to do.
