How to setup my hotmail account in Outlook 2002?

Since September 1 I am unable to receive emails from my Hotmail/ Windows Live
account using Outlook 2002. Why is that, and what do I need to do now?

Not sure if OL2002 supports the use of the Hotmail connector described here:
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/msn_denied.asp

It doesn't. Outlook 2003 and later only. POP access is the solution.
