How to SetValue in access 2007 macros?

SetValue is not available as an action in the drop down list. I assume it
has to do with security but I don't know how to fix it?

Try this --
To quote from a reply here a few days ago from Jeff Conrad:

Click the Show All Actions button in the Show/Hide group on the Macro Design
Tools tab.

(It's a toggle button.)

By default, Access 2007 only displays "trusted" macro actions.
