how to share calendar in exchage?

SBS 2003 with Exchange. How can we share exchage calendar that everybody
uses in company?

Where is the Calendar located i.e. in a mailbox or in a Public Folder

create a public folder of type calendar.

or

work in personal calendar and see everybodies items in public folder
with http://www.ExchangeGroupCalendar.com
