How to share outlook calendars, folders, email etc without Exchange

I am interested in sharing Outlook without using Microsoft Exchange,
and I am interested in any utilities that allow it.

Can anyone vouch for the quality of such programs?

If you want to share it all, I would recommend an alternative groupware
solution.
www.zimbra.com or www.scalix.com perhaps.
You seem to want a client to act like a server, but without the server.
