How to share the same pictures witch subsite

I have FrontPage 2003 and try to make multilangual site ( 2 language) and till now I find only one way - to make subsite for second language. How is possible to share the same pictures witch subsite? I have many fhotos and want to save place on the server. It is possible? It is another way to make 2 language site
I am beginner. Sorry my English.

Place the photos into a subsite, then you have to manually create a absolute link to each image from
each subsite, as in:

http://www.domainname.com/photosubsite/photo.jpg
