How to show Insert - Items

When replying a message and clicking Insert, the Items selection is not on
the drop down menu. How to show it up? Thanks.

Are you using Word as your e-mail editor? If so, click the arrow on the
paperclip icon in the toolbar, and you'll find the Item option there.
