Have not used Portfolio Analyzer, so my question is around not using it. Is
there a way to report resource usage in head count equivalents rather than
hours? I need to run a report that allows resource managers to assign
generic resources to future projects (planning only templates) and understand
bucketized headcount requirements over long periods of time.
If portfolio analyzer is the right solution for this, please advise.
