How to show more folders in "Move to Folder" in Outlook?

Is it possible to configure outlook to show more than 9 of the most recently
used folders?

I don't know what you mean. When I use the "Move to Folder" function, it
shows me the whole pst folder structure....always has done AFAIK...

It should show you the ten most recently used folders when you click Move to
Folder. I don't believe that's expandable.

Not here - it shows the pst file folder tree, with the folder last "moved
to" highlighted....

Even when you click the down-arrow just to the right of the button?

Down arrow to the right of what button?
I do this two ways - right-click on message, select Move To and get a window
up with the pst file structure showing, or Edit-Move To and get the same
window....I don't see a down arrow or button anywhere...

Drew and I speaking of the Move to Folder button on the Standard toolbar
(third button in). While I was wrong in stating there's a down arrow to its
right, it does work as I describe: clicking it has displays MRU of the ten
most recent folders to which a message has been moved. Drew wants to
increase the size of that MRU, but as far as I know, it's not possible.

So the answer is to right-click on the message and choose "Move" rather than
use the toolbar button?

I believe the correct answer to be the one I gave in my first reply: "no,
it's not possible to configure Outlook to show more of the most recently
used folders when clicking the Move to Folder button."

But if the OP does right-click-move then the OP sees the WHOLE pst
structure, not just the most recently used - surely that's a workaround for
the OP?

The list of most recently used folders is much more valuable to me than
seeing the whole PST structure. I keep very detailed folders and it can be
time-consuming to navigate through them each time that I want to do a move.
In a typical day I tend to be working on a small subset of projects with a
small subset of clients and so using the Recent list of folders really speeds
things up.

When using a large-format display I would like to be able to choose how many
recently used folders I can see when I click "Move to Folder" so that a
folder that I used just an hour ago don't roll off the bottom of the list and
once again require that I traverse the entire tree.

Submit a suggestion to Microsoft. Currently that MRU is not amenable to
modification.
