Hi,
I used Goldmine as contact manager and shift to Outlook 2003 for its better
email integration.
But I haven't found in Outlook 2003 how do you "complete" a scheduled
activity (appointement, phone call, etc.).
In Goldmine, you have a "complete" button when you have finished a scheduled
activity, you can give comments and schedule a followup activity.
You can also show all opened activities and closed (completed) activities.
An opened activity can be in the past or in the futur, whenever it's not
"completed".
The essential is to know are there any (past and futur) activities which are
(were) scheduled but not accomplished.
How do you do that in Outlook 2003 ?
Thanks.
