How to show the result instead of the function

I typed a fórmula with a function --> =VLOOKUP(XXX;XXXX;X) , but instead of seeing the result of the formula I just can see the formula itself when I validate i

Anyone know waht should I change in order to get it right

1. check 'Tools - Options - view' that 'Formula' is NOT checked
2. Maybe your cell is formated as 'Text'. goto 'Format - Cells' and
change the format to 'General'. After this re-enter the formula
