Most weeks, our resource managers review the assignments of their resources in Resource Center>View Resources Assignments. We have a nice view that shows a summary of the work by resource (one row per person) and allows the manager to drill down to see more detail
The problem is with tasks that are completed
If we set the "Assignments displayed" option to "Current Assignments", the manager does not see tasks that have been completed, even if the work was completed in the week that is being viewed. This makes it seem like the resource did not do 40 hours worth of work in the current wee
On the other hand, if we select the option for "All Assignments", the rolled-up total for the person is correct, but when you try to drill-down to see the detail, you get the huge pool of completed tasks from the past
How do I display just the rows that had actual hours for the week being viewed
