How to shrink to working area shown in this snapshot?

How do I remove or shrink the light blue space around the actual drawing
and marked with a red arrow shown in the following snapshot:

I do NOT mean the paper or print margin but the working area.

why not try the page zoom, it's the number at the top of the page that
currently (your image) is set at 66%.
