How To Sort OL2007 Address Book By Last Name

Hi Folks -

Am I missing something here? I do not see how to get my email address book
in Outlook 2007 to be sorted by last name. I can do the Contacts View just
fine, but not the book that I use when specifying names in my email.

Any ideas?
