I'm using Exchange SBS 2003 and Outlook 2003. I have an Exchange Public
Folder, which has been enabled as an Outlook Address Book. The
contacts are all entered using [LastName, FirstName] order in the 'file
as' field. They sort properly when using the contacts view. My
problem is that when I generate a new email message and select this
public folder as my current address list, the records are sorted by the
contacts first name, not last name. How can I change this to sort by
last name?
