How to specify the number of pages to print in Outlook 2003 rather than the
current option limited to ODD or EVEN pages only ? Outlook Express has an
option to specify which pages are required. Outlook 2003 appears to print out
ALL pages as a default ... sometimes more than 20 pages!!
