How to Start Business Contact Manager...

When I installed Outlooks 2003 it asked if I wanted to activate BCM and I
chose not to. Now I am ready but I see no toolbar and no place to add it. It
is installed..how do I turn it on?

Try running C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\Business Contact
Manager\EnableBCM.exe
