How to start using outlook w/ my current email in Yahoo

Can someone please tell me if it is possible for me to start using outlook on
my new dell computer/laptop, with my currect Yahoo email address? If so what
is the first thing I need to do to get them to communicate to each other?
I'm totally lost.

first you need a internet connection.
After that, create a new account with your user datas. (Username, Password,
POP3 Server, SMTP Server)
