How to stop a link to terra es?

Every time I try to use a hyperlink from an e-mail in outlook, the link
transfers me straight to an unknown page: http://terra.es/personal9/f6p16a I
do not know how to stop the link. My antivirus etc. does not pick up a
problem.

The properties are this:
res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/http_404.htm

Is there an easy fix?

Try Ad-Aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, and Hijack This.
