How to stop ability to edit recieved email

Can you stop users from having the ability to edit and save recieved email?

Not really. If the sender and recipient are both using Windows Server 2003/8
with Rights Management, then maybe, but once the data is on the recipient's
computer, he can do just about anything to it he wishes.

You don't get to control someone else's host. Would you want someone to
control YOUR host?
