How to stop BCM crashing every time I open a contact?

Using Win XP, Outlook 2003 with BCM. Despite installing SP1, I am still
unable to use BCM properly. It regularly fails to open the correct contact
form, but opens a standard contact instead and then crashes and closes. I
then use the manual fix (clear cache on the forms), which works for the next
contact only before crashing again. When it works it is great but the
frequency of crashes makes it almost unusable. Advice welcome!
