How to stop Business Contract Manager Configure Screen

When I start Outlook 2007 I get the configure Business Contract Manager Screen.
How do I disable it?

PS, I've installed Outlook 2007 on other computers without this problem so I
don't understand what i did.

Uninstall Business Contact Manager, if no else on that computer uses
it.
