how to stop eula pop up?

I am running vista ultimate and 2003 office (activated). I am logged on as
admin as I am the only user. Why is this happening? I still cannot get the
EULA agreement to stop popping up.

There is no permissions folder in the Vista registry version. Thanks for your
help anyhow.

Did you right click on the Registry line in question. You would need to right click on the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0 to get to permission. Vista or no Vista. Please read the KB more carefully
