How to stop MS Activation Wizard interrupting pps files

When opening an email received pps/ppt file the Microsoft Office Activation
Wizard pops up and asks if I want to purchase PP which I do not. The wizard
interrupts the file and prevents any music on the file playing even after the
Wizard window has been closed. How do I stop the pop up?

Do you hear any music before the pop-up appears?

If not, the fact that you don't hear music probably has nothing to do with the
popup.
