How to stop names/E-mail address's from appearing automatically

In the "TO" section of the e-mail when i beging to type in the first few
letters of a persons name or e-mail address it automatically completes it for
me. How can i stop that? If anyone can answer i would appreciate. Thanks

Turn off that option.
Tools > Options > Preferences > Email options > Advanced Email options >
Suggest names
