How to stop PowerPoint from printing double picture slides?

D

Double Exposure

I am having a PowerPoint problem. Everytime I insert a picture from a file
or scan in a picture into a slide, and try to print it, I get a double
picture in that slide. I have tried changing slide types, and file sources
and types, but the result is always the same. Can anyone explain what is
happening? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi Hi,

If the picture you insert looks fine on the slide and prints double, then I
would suggest that it may be a printer problem. Have you updated you
printer driver recently? Check you printer's manufacturer website.

Do you have any unusual printer set-ups (like multiple hot-key sequences off
of Ctl+P)?

Is the printer networked or local? If networked, is the full driver
installed on the local Hard Drive?

Do you have any other printers you can install directly to the computer and
try?

Try turning off printing spooling and/or advanced text services
in Start | Control Panel | Printers | <right-click on your
printer> | Properties.
