How to Stop Send to One-Note From Inserting Itself into the Startup Menu?

Whenever you click on Send to One-Note, it automatically inserts itself into the
Startup Menu Folder and starts up when you start your system. How do I prevent
it from inserting itself into the Startup Menu Folder? I'm running Office 2013
on Win7 64bit.
