How to Stop Sending multiple emails (4-25 every time)

When I send out an email - people are emailing me back saying that get it 4-5
times. When I add an attachment - its received sometimes up to 25 times. How
do I stop this from continuing? Help!!!

This behavior is often caused by having a virus scanner installed which
integrates with Outlook. Disable/uninstall this integration and try again.
