How to submit bugs to Microsoft (Importing Read-Only Files Exploit)

There is a way to bypass the read-only permission in Microsoft Word
2003. I would like to send this information off to Microsoft but I
don't know where to go? Does anyone know how I can get in contact with
someone over in Microsoft?

I'm not sure if what you are referring to is a bug. The "Read-only
recommended" option (Tools/Options/Security) isn't a 'secure' option -
it simply suggests the file be opened as read-only but you can easily
answer "No" when asked if you want to open it as read-only.

If this isn't what you are referring to then we can confirm whether
what you have encountered is a bug if you provide some additional
details. :)
