I am having a problem with the @ and " keys being swapped in Outlook. I have
a Vista program. I tried going to the control panel to the Regional and
Language icon and tried to follow the instructions given in one of the posts,
but it didn't change anything. I changed from a UK choice at the top to a US
choice. Maybe I need to shut down first?
