How to switch of office clipboard status programmatically?

Anyone know how to - programmatically - switch of that little annoying
information box that appears when the office clipboard is switched on. It's
the one in the lower right corner that says "14 of 24 - Clipboard. Item
collected."

I have tried recording a macro whil switching it off but it doesn't appear
in my macro VB code... :-(
