how to sync personal folders Outlook 2007

I have 2 archived folders and one personal folder. Any way to sync these
folders with the folders they copied from my Personal Folders? If I copy
into these folders do you get duplicated emails?

You could tidy up by merging the 2 archive folders. Then closing the empty
one and setting autoarchive to add stuff to the one you want to keep using.

Copy means copy so yes you get duplicates. Autoarchiving moves rather than
copies though.

The archive folder is where "old" stuff is sent to get it out of your
personal folders. Have a look at your autoarchive settings here : Tools |
Options | Other | Autoarchive.
