How to synch Pocket PC 2003 with Vista and XP

I have a desktop running XP pro and a laptop with Vista. How do I synch my
laptop to outlook 2003 on the desktop? I also use a PPC with 2003 mobile
software. Is it possible to use the ipaq to sych the computers?
