How to Synchronize calendar between desktop & laptop

I tech abilities are limited. I need to find and easy and economical way to
Synchronize my outlook 2003 calendar between DT and LT. I'd appreciate your
help.

a paid hotmail live account of the type that allows you to use the outlook
connector with the calendar would be the least expensive method that seems
to work well. google now supports calendar sync but i feel its unreliable at
this time.
