How to synchronize with office administrative install point

How do i tell a client pc to synchronize (update) against the Office
Administrative Install point on the server, EACH TIME a user logs on to
the windows domain? We are running full install on each client (NOT
"run from server").

is set using AD user/computer management console. For each user it is
