How to toggle from Two Worksheets

Does anyone know a shortcut for toggling from one worksheet to the
next within the same workbook (preferably without having to create a
new Window)?

Thank for the response. But I probably should have clarified my
question. Is there a way to go back and forth from Spreadsheet A and
Spreadsheet B (when they are not directly next to one another)?
Perhaps there is a way to go to the last active cell.......

If you opened both worksheets with the same instance of Excel (using
File>Open), then Ctrl-Tab will switch between them.
