How to track rules usage

I've accumulated a bunch of client-side rules over the years and I am
not sure anymore, which ones are used and which ones aren't. Is there a
way to log (to file perhaps) whether these rules are used?

It seems like, the multitude of rules I have really slow down Outlook,
when it receives email.

Standalone? No. If you're on Exchange and the server admin, you could always
turn on Rules event logging and track the rules firing for a while, but...
It seems like, the multitude of rules I have really slow down Outlook,
when it receives email.

Personally, I'd delete all the rules and start over.
