How to transfer a cdb file from and to a PDA in access

Res. All,
I have got AximX3 PDA from the Dell company. I have developed a program
for PDA using the cdb file converted from mdb file in the desktop. When I
use windows explorer or Microsoft activesync - explorer to copy a file to
and from the PDA manually it works well. But when I want to do it
automatically via code by using the filecopy function, it fails. It says
"Path not found"
Or there are any ODBC drivers available by which I can attach the cdb tables
directly to the mdb file in desktop?

Please help me if any body has got experience in this area,
