How to Transfer autocomplete(*.nk2) from XP to Windows-7

Just bought new PC with W7. Moved all files to new-pc, installed Office 2003
(need to save up for 2010 upgrade). How do I transfer the autocomplete
(nickname file) fro XP to W7? I have copied the file to a thumb drive, but
can not find where to install it.

It goes in %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook, just like it did on the old PC and it
needs its name to match that of your mail profile.
