How to transfer data between 2 tables

I have a few accounts : x, y, z. How do I transfer a amount from x to y.
showing debit x and credit in y.
Please help

Why?

Access is not a spreadsheet. You don't have to "transfer" data. If your
table has a field added, you could show an amount as DR or CR.

Double-injury bookkeeping may not be the best use of Access.
