How to transfer meeting organizer status?

I organized a meeting, somebody else is going to manage
this moving forward. Right now when this happens,
everybody cancels the meeting and recreates it. I want to
just hand over organizer status, but I don't want to
grant him access to my whole calendar.

What do I do?
