how to transfer outlook mail etc to new computer

My old machine wouldn't boot up but I was able to make a
copy of the old hard drive and transfer it to my new
machine. I want to retrieve Outlook XP 2002 (email,
address book, favorites) from the copy on the new machine
or from the old hard drive. How do I do it?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
